  • Lànré Gboladé

    Lanre is a co-founding director of Gbolade Design Studio and Design Innovation Lead at L&Q. His expertise lies in residential design, offsite delivery and sustainable development. A passionate innovator and collaborator, he’s an advocate for a diverse architecture profession, ensuring people of colour and women have prominent seats at the table to influence the built environment. He’s a member of the RIBA PPC, Oxford DRP and Board Member at Build Studios.

  • Tara Gboladé

    Mayor’s Design Advocate and RIBAJ Rising Star Winner, Tara is a co-Director of Gbolade Design Studio, and sits on the Architects Declare steering group. She specialises in Sustainable design and sits on Design Review Panels in and around London - advising councils on major planning applications. She is an Alumni Observer on the Public Practice Board, and a Director on the Quality of Life Foundation.

  • Yẹmí Àlàdérun

    Yemi is an AJ 40 under 40 awardee and co-founder of Paradigm Network, she is an architect and Development Manager. Yẹmí is an advocate for education, income & housing equality and is extremely passionate about social mobility and broadening access to the built environment. Yemi is a NED for Women’s Pioneer Housing Association, ambassador for the Architect’s Benevolent Society and sits on numerous design review panels.

  • Chris Nasah

    Chris is a chartered architect(RIBA), project/programme manager, client's agent and consultant at Built Environment Consultancy(BEC). He is co-founder of Paradigm Network. Featured in Building Magazine’s 2000 '40 Under 40’ article – ‘Bright young professionals predicted to shape the future of the industry’. He was Vice Chairman of the Public Affairs committee (RIBA)London, is a fellow of the Arts Council, a certified architecture lecturer and Part III examiner.

  • Robertson Lindsay

    Robertson has been part of the Leadership team at Sir David Adjaye & Associates, co-founder of Paradigm network and is a multifaceted creative. Robertson has a broad wealth of experience on Major Developments spanning over 20 years and is passionate about broadening the cultural discourse and narrative within the built environment.
