Our mission

The PARADIGM Network is a professional network for construction industry professionals who are passionate about increasing Black and Asian representation within the Built Environment.

We exist to support, encourage and help talented architects and those in associated fields, from Black and Asian backgrounds through education, and, as they progress in their careers. We are also keen to promote the development of Black and Asian-led practices.
